Free, no card
Enough to run a real project through the whole loop before you decide anything. Both of the free tier's limits are stated up front, because hitting one without warning is how a trial turns into a grudge.
- 1.5 GB or 100 boards — whichever you reach first.
- Five seats — a seat is a membership in the organisation, whatever role it carries.
- Thirty credits, once — a trial grant for the agent side of the loop. It is not refreshed each month the way the paid tiers are — that is the difference, and it is worth knowing before you plan around it.
- No card — nothing to cancel if you stop.

Pro and Team
The same product with more room in it. The two axes that move are the two you are billed on — how much you keep, and how many of you there are.
- Pro — $12 a month — 25 GB, ten seats, and 300 credits a month.
- Team — $39 a month — 100 GB, twenty-five seats, and 1,500 credits a month.
- Seats are org-wide — not per workspace, so splitting work across several workspaces costs nothing extra.

What a credit is for
Credits pay for the agent work — the part that reads a session, answers a board or writes a page. Everything a human does on a board is free of them.
- Granted monthly on paid plans — and they do not roll over, so the allowance is a rate rather than a balance to hoard.
- Top-ups exist — if a month runs heavy you can buy a pack rather than change plan.
- Drawing on a board never costs one — annotating, replying and reviewing are not agent work.

Enterprise
Where SSO, the role ladder, self-hosting and air-gapped installs live. Priced per company, because the requirements are per company.
- Seats are uncapped — the seat limit is the one quota this tier does not carry.
- 500 GB to start — and storage is your own bucket in a self-hosted install anyway.
- Credits are negotiated — rather than bundled, and granted directly.

What is never metered
The things that would make you ration the product are the things it does not charge for. A tool you hesitate to use is not being used.
- Boards, screenshots and annotations — a tester who finds nine bugs does not cost more than one who finds one.
- Reviewers — someone opening a board link is not a member and not a seat.
